0:00 Hey, what's up? It's Houston again with the next video on getting started with BAMF AI. So we've gone through the basics of getting your account set up with BAMF AI and still on the Chrome extension and building your appointment setter AI.
0:15 now we're ready to create conversation goals and organize them and conversation goal folders. This way we can handle all of the different types of replies and messages and inquiries that we're getting in our LinkedIn inbox with ease.
0:32 So I'm gonna go over some basic prompts, some best practices and examples on both how to write a good conversation goal and how to organize your conversation goal folders in a way that will work for you.
0:45 So I'm gonna go ahead and start with writer, who is our head of client enrollment here at BAMP. He's you know he does mostly sales but also client onboarding assistance.
0:56 and I'm gonna go over just how I've set up his goals. So really thinking about what are the most common types of messages that he is going to need help responding to on LinkedIn.
1:06 And so we've got different folders for appointment setting, lead qualification, rapport building. No thanks are not interested, lead qualification, and even for a custom case study campaign folder.
1:19 So if we're sending out, let's say we have three different case study campaigns we're running outreach for SaaS founder case study outreach.
1:28 Agency founder case study outreach and podcaster case study outreach or content creator podcaster case study outreach. We have these three different campaigns where people are responding yes I'm interested in getting the case study and then we need to say cool.
1:44 here's the you know send a personal message and send them a link with the specific case study. So we could create different conversation goals for those different campaigns to manage a custom scenario like that.
1:56 so really with you know how you set up your folders and goals, the possibilities are really endless and fully customizable for you.
2:05 I'm not going to go over the function of overriding the setter AI as it's not really important right now. And most, everything, if not everything can actually be achieved without that.
2:16 So we may actually get rid of that feature as it's not necessarily necessary. Okay. So, we've gone over some folders, you know how, how to think about that.
2:25 So for me. For me, another example, is a banjo appointment setting. So for me, I'm trying to actually set appointments with writer and get people to apply basically fill out the application form on our website, where they'll be directed to book a meeting with writer.
2:40 and also just let them know like, you know, sorry if they want to meet with me, they have to become a client.
2:46 I only do one on one calls with our clients exclusively. and, I don't handle sales anymore. so yeah, just so that's one example.
2:54 Banff AI demos or free trials. So I can let people, you it's common scenario for me where sometimes people will purchase a book and then they'll say they didn't get the link.
3:05 So you know, have a prompt asking them to check their spam folder. Let them know, I'm happy to send over the links to the PDFs.
3:12 if they can let me know which books they purchased and just some words of encouragement about how I'm excited to follow their LinkedIn journey from here and that I hope that the content's valuable etcetera.
3:22 again I have some things but no things. You know politely let them know I'm not interested in what they have to offer.
3:28 specifically I get asked to do a lot of speaking gigs and I don't like to travel. I have kids. I'm busy with BAMF and travel really throws me off so it's kind of a specific thing for no things but here's why I don't travel first.
3:44 If you have a remote opportunity, I'm happy to do that etc. So you can see how you know within the app you can customize the folders to whatever it is that you want. Now the templates which you'll have access to.

4:45 So this guy said something So we connected and he says usual retells and nots, especially by the ball. I'm building my side gig until I can be big enough to afford BAMF.

5:10 So there's that. Alright. So now, I'll go over another example of a guy who was his part, I believe I was looking at Where are you, Bart?
5:24 his name was Bart. Yeah. So this guy, we've already done a little bit of rapport building. And if you can see, the default behavior when you are using, you can skip the tone and skip the conversation goal.
5:37 And in this mode, it will rely exclusively on the setter AI that you've built out. So you know. and the way that the setter AI is built out is, for writer is to use those rapport building questions.
5:48 but yeah, I was just customizing his setter AI to kind of skip some of the rapport building. and get more straight to the point with people.
5:54 So I also set up a custom rapport building prompt right here. So that it's not asking, you know, additional unnecessary rapport building type questions.
6:09 You know, this guy already told us what his most rewarding part of his goal is. So that counts as a rapport builder for me.
6:15 I want to skip that in the default. So I'm just gonna, I created this prompt here, skip rapport building, go straight into asking qualifying questions about their business.
6:25 And literally, I mean, this is the lazy way to do it. I just made this, this is the name of the conversation goal and this is the what it does.
6:33 And that's it. It's just online. Go straight into asking qualifying questions about their business. Sorry. And so that's what it does.
